- 3 years minimum employment experience in social services or case management
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or Associates degree in related field
- Emphasis in social work or case management preferred
- The candidate must have effective communication and people skills and excellent computer skills.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills, along with effective interpersonal abilities.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have intermediate computer skills.
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to meet multiple deadlines consistently.
- Must have sound judgement and decision-making abilities and able to work closely with others.
- Healthy knowledge of referral sources in surrounding areas.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
Medium to heavy physical duties include standing, walking, reaching, bending, hearing, talking for up to (8) hours a day. Must be able to lift forty (40) pounds. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical examination.
