- Responsible for data entry in a timely and accurate manner into the TKIDS web-based information system using an electronic health record system.
- Responsible for compiling and verifying accuracy of data entered via reports from EHR and TKIDS systems to eliminate duplication of data; verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data. Maintains record of monthly TRAD report verification completed.
- Utilizes spreadsheets to enter, store and/or retrieve information as requested or otherwise necessary, and summarizes data in preparation of monthly reports.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Responsible for maintaining recordkeeping systems, confidential files and other related information for department needs. Responsible for proofreading material and make necessary corrections following standard office procedures
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Program Director.
- 3-5 years in a fast paced/high volume business/medical office setting
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of three (3) years relevant employment experience.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively with other Program and Agency personnel.
- A valid driver’s license, satisfactory safe driving record and auto insurance required.
- Must authorize and pass a criminal history background check, and must pass a pre-employment physical exam.
- Three years of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of standard office equipment and standard office software applications
- Able to efficiently organize, proofread, problem solve and multitask
- Word Processing Speed of at least 50 wpm
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, accuracy, reliable, flexible and be a team player
Preferred
- Competent with Google apps such as sheets, docs and drive.
- Internet skills including preferred use of emails, group messaging and data collection.
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish)
